how likely will college grads that just started get removed? given ur team is not getting eliminated completely

Highly unlikely
Most likely safe unless your entire team gets canned.
Newly hired grads are safer than most as long as they’re performing well. Most were added to critical projects and are on the lower end of the pay scale.
