Anybody heard if maintenance of way is getting cut down? Haven’t heard anything.

Theres just no way, where I work we cant keep track managers bcuz they try to play the game and then quit or start trying to transfer. 20yrs ago there was 50-60 track guys at the office every morning. Now there is 12 including inspectors, foremen, the tampers, and welders. Derailments have more than tripled as well.
