No doubt she and the rest of the execs pay is excessive but it is set by the board. They are highly leveraged with stock and performance bonus but given the stock price over the last several years it’s so hard to justify.

Never been one to love that my Boss makes more than me but..... why is it that everyone btches about how much more "the leader" makes? Remember the person that works that one position right under you thinks you make to much money too.
