All IT positions supporting Claims is being outsourced. Those employees last day is 11/1/23. Not sure how many are affected, but it’s quite a few people.

According to my info, no other terminations are planned, but AEOM continues, and if they discover efficiencies, more terminations could happen.
Are any other departments intended to be affected by this in the near / mid term?
Additionally, AmFam is cleaning up at the Sr. leadership level too. 30-40 employees at the director/VP level were invited to resign.
