PTE - So many duplicated review meetings with different formats for the same content to satisfy his/her boss. This review meetings become a platform to show case their bossy skills to their big boss plus show how important these status collectors are to stay relevant in the organization.

Guys keep upskilling and move on when opportunity comes. Do not blame on status collectors or VPs. Do your job and you are compensated well and there is always doors but only the smart ones have the key. If u stay blaming the other roles nothing happens
