Read the bottom of page 3 and top of page 4. WAIVER OF CLAIM JOINDER. It stops lawsuits and class action lawsuits. Seems dodgy to me

Everybody got that letter here in US CA, and while it is incompetently worded and someone from HR or the Exec Team should have -somewhere, somehow- explained where and why this change occurred... I am pretty sure this was legally covered and checked. Your standard employment agreement has an arbitration clause in it. And nowhere in the latter does it say you forfeit the right to arbitration (or to sue the company for that matter).
