Neil's full name is Neil de Crescenzo and I'm on the Change side. He went out on his own to make this merger and/or Witty or whoever reached out directly to just him. At the time he announced the merger there were only two others aware of it. He blindsided the rest of upper management and of course the employees. Should have seen the looks of shock on the call. It was something.

I can tell you what will happen to Change Health Care, after joining UHG/Optum.
Top management gone.
All IT workers replaced by Indians in India.
All other workers will be reduced in general.
And don't be shocked. All of the senior people from Change Health Care knew this...they just wanted to sell and get the money. The little guys can fend for themselves.
