A 3 second study was just undertaken in my mind and the conclusion was that the $50 millon payout to the CEO has a good chance of allowing him to remove himself from the CEO labor pool forever.
If true, it means he will never harm another company.

I second the notion that far more of the blame for the company's decline can be laid at the feet of PG instead of Magoo. Magoo is/was allegedly a decent engineering type who became d-mb-lucky enough to be the Yes Man ordered to man the CEO seat until MD could sell off the rust bucket that Pat created. "I think he's a great leader" is a highly subjective statement, and we already did a poll on this, and 9.8 out of 10 people think he's a terrible CEO. So you're wrong!

It will be because big companies like to hire leaders from other big companies whether they are successful or not.
Hopefully, Raghu just retires and spares us all from the main thing.
Magoo will probably go to India and become a judge or senator, or some other useless yet high-profile job. He does have experience in that, after all.
