Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

From Lincoln latest news

Lincoln continued to grow slowly last year, adding about 1,150 people. WOW 🤩 what a growth!!!!!

Lincoln will have a street party if they get one family from fiserv to move 😂😂😂

Another sidenote…Fiserv’s reputation in Lincoln is abysmal. No chance they will have success hiring in a relatively small talent pool against companies that are more innovative and employee-friendly. Anyone know how many qualified candidates are showing up to the poorly promoted hiring event? I haven’t bothered to step away from my desk to look.

  1. Hmm. I picture about 800 cardboard cutouts standing in the empty windows and placed around the campus like they staged sports stadiums with "fans" during the pandemic. Fake news.

The city of Lincoln increased in population by 1150 people. Not the Lincoln office. It is written in a confusing way.

Maybe fiserv will be able to hire all of those people and won't need anyone to move? They better hope that it is true, because hundreds of millions of dollars in annual revenue is on the line right now. Even more as additional products are being affected.

Fact Check, the Lincoln office was about 700 at its peak then dwindled to 400ish over the past few years as regular layoffs happened and a building was sold. It’s never come close to 1,150. The culture is a shell of what it used to be given that most high-performers have left for greener pastures. Good luck to all involved with this latest clown show.
