The good news here is that the government requires substantial protections for employees, but Qualcom will still get rid of a number of people and pay the huge severance required. Those remaining can move to India where they will be hiring aggressively, real experience or not
Probably none. Although people in the irish govt may soon start complaining about the nationalities of the govt discounted workers.
