What should I do?
- Stick around, train my replacements in India, let more RSUs get vested, and then finally get a package when I get the notice.
OR....
- Get a job elsewhere right away.
Advantage of the latter is the satisfaction of not letting Q gain from my loss.
For the first, can I ask my new employer to pay extra signup bonus to account for the $$$ I could get from Q? Is the job market good enough these days for this to be possible?
Am I missing anything else?
I have a feeling that this applies to a lot of folks here.
