Market cares reps were just notified that their positions will entirely be offshore starting the end of next year. At least they were given sufficient time to find new jobs...

This organization is notorious on rather paying fines than meeting compliance. As the leaders present it as "business case" the cost of doing business. The legislators are happy to collect the fines. The fox/ferret scenario makes it a win/win for both. Folks at the lower level of totem pole suffered! Outsourcing/Offshoring first before meeting compliance!
Some loaders have to remain inshore based off the line of business and product. I know market area does have some significant changes in place and a lot have jumped ship due to the keystroke tracking and micromanagement stemming from the reorganization.
How? Some states do not allow for offshoring of loading. That would be a huge no-no for the company.
