Lol you're better off forming a union like the rest of the people working for large corporations. People are going to start pressuring their leadership state by state to start standing up to big Corporate corruption. It's coming and has already started.
Management lies when they do wrong. Plus, lie to protect each other. I did a shift bid and management and told HR they gave me a new supervisor. It was an f***ing shift bid. Management is stupid at Optum Rx. They could never pass a lie detector test.
