I was laid off in early August and still have not received my severance payout. I sent my signed agreement back on Aug 28 and I received the email confirming it was received. Nevermind it took me 3 times before it was deemed acceptable because one page was slightly cut off. I have not received my severance and every time I call employee relations I'm told to 'call next week' and they can tell me. If you're still not listed on the weekly report giving your payout date then they open an escalation which is where I am at now. Is this just the company stalling having to pay? Is this affecting others?

I received a phone call on August 3rd that my last day would be August 17th. I emailed the papers on the 18th and got my sev. package last Friday, September 15th.
I was laid off August 3 and checked my bank account this morning and still no severance.
It took my co worker about 8 weeks to get her from date of lay off
Were you treated like or feel like a criminal. That you did something wrong and were being punished. Those you trusted threw you into the street and never spoke to you again.
This Friday might be my payday as well (I got a 10-min. meeting on a Thursday morning of August the 3rd). I. have never been laid off in my entire life :-(

My last day was August 17th. I submitted my paperwork the next day and received the confirmation of submission email. No money yet. However, in the paperwork it said that it takes about 2 to 3 pay periods to receive the package. So the second pay period would be this Friday and the third one in two weeks. If I don't receive the payment by then, I will call employee relations.
I was laid off in early August. Just got off the phone, told it would be in my bank account on Friday, Sept. 15th. Good luck! Felt completely let go in the dark after many years of service.
