A few weeks ago while in the office I heard a SDS person say he was going to fabricate a story about one of the SDS leadership and hopefully that will stop the changes in their organization. In all my years of work at Staples I was shocked that people were going so low and lack of understanding.
Things like this (https://www.thelayoff.com/t/1os2E2jc) happen with or with out a falsely indicated leader.

I don’t believe you.
Hope it's not my part of the organization as we just had a skip level with the leader and it was so eye opening and supportive. They were open and transparent, answered what they could and where they could not promised a follow up mail to the people in that meeting.
This has never happened before and they really talked to each and everyone in the room.
It is disturbing that one person making a fake accusation could mess up what looks like a win for our organization.
That never changes anything.
Not Cool.
Stop ruining it for everyone else by making up stories. It is hard enough with having to come in 3 days a week and a new CIO that may create waves will we wait for a new one.
In our Infrastructure area have our challenges. But I would never throw someone under a bus because of changes. It has been good having AA in the office this 3 weeks.
Thanks to the new leadership in one SDS team it removed one of the most toxic employee I have ever interacted with.
SDS has a enough problems. The current leadership are trying really hard to get it's people in a good place.
The one thing I enjoy about my SDS leader is there are so accessible.
An old target move.
