I’d rather find out than wait in suspense for the axe to fall. Any ideas around when we will know?

Most departments have already finalized who will be cut.
Why are you waiting for the axe to fall ? Move now and get a different job. You are trying to have the cake and eat it too. Wake the duck up.
Key people have already been told they are safe. Rest need to wait till Oct.

nothing is September. Apparently all the infighting is delaying the list till mid Oct.

Agree. It is really stressful; and have no motivation at all, for -literally- anything.
Yet the management is still completely silent about percentages, strategy, structural changes etc. Man, you announced it already, at least give minor here-and-there updates… I think they’re assuming that we will ignore it over the time if they do not talk about it.
