Wait for Amareeeesh and Yogeeesh to bring down Digital morales down even more . They are bringing contractors and hiring target employees without proper interview process. From third party companies for their benefits. It’s business as usual for them after laying off innocent talented people. Entire Amaresh Org layoff was architected by both of them to their benefit. Others VP’s watched the show d-mbly and saved their lieutenants. It’s a Mafia at play!!!!!
Definitely Firdaus trumps Tracey any day. Even though I don’t agree 100% with him on his love for Rally and SAFe, his product mindset was commendable. I’ve not heard anything related to product mindset since Tracey joined. Amaresh has taken certain engineering calls which are good but some of his decisions have been mind boggling on engineering side of house. Overall Digital has deteriorated ever since Michele P. Came in.
Most disingenuous duo. Meeting lasted 9.0 minutes. SVP Engineering speaking from a script was pathetic. No Questions. He has no empathy for his team. From his body language and expressions, was clear he does not care. Digital has NOT produced anything worthwhile for members since he joined. Millions are being wasted in his technology drive which adds no value for members. Employee morale is low.
