Anyone know anything real? We have heard Nada … no all clear just they think we are ok??

We had an urgent meeting on Monday saying one person in our area was laid off and everyone else was safe. Today we found there is a hiring freeze and travel freeze for the next two months. Another area was impacted by layoffs today. Management is saying off the record don't make any big plans i.e. buying a house or a car until next year.
I don’t know what most means either
We haven’t heard anything in our department.
Nada in my dept too. We've been told most affected people know. I'm not sure what most means. CSO
