"So not all duh, they ain't done. All departments"

Why do you feel the need to be a jerk? OP didn't ask IF there was re-org happening, he asked if anyone had any information about it.

Email from Shawn Guertin today, stating that "the majority of impacted colleagues in Finance were informed of these decisions [...]". No news on how many were impacted or what the future will look like.

They are having a AI Town Hall apparently over in that Department. US CSO is going to AI and the rest offshored.

CCSO is status quo at the moment. But the axe will fall fast and furiously once AI gobbles up all of our jobs.

On the Aetna side and my group has said nothing at all. It’s been brought up in meetings and everyone either “doesn’t know” or refuses to talk.

I’m on the Aetna side. Other than a vague email earlier this week from Mike, and a vague email yesterday from “Steve” (I have no idea who “Steve” is,) it has been silent. Not one single word or an update from my manager or their manager. It is very disheartening and confusing.

AI will keep replacing us all, time to brush up on new skills.

You merge together two companies each worth $65 Billion. You get economies of scale. Each has synergies. You eliminate redundancy. CVS has an enterprise value of $85 Billion. The bankers made money, Merlo made money, Bertolini made money. What about the shareholders? There is a mountain of debt as well.

Changes aren't showing up yet, but I will be part of a restructured org. That's all I've been told so far.
