its a euphemism for they are shipping your job to India for maximum profit

Are they doing dvc like in full IT?
If yes then time for CIO to go back and do coding.

Most of the IT is already out sourced to IT.
San Diego mainly has use less project managers and some it engineers left.
I expect these old timers in IT to let go and jobs move to India .
IT in San Diego does not have many people .
IT is outsourceable to India, as you might have seen.
