They did away with yard masters at the shops and promoted clerks. And the one in charge there is trash. Vena should focus on the sh...t behind the desk at the shops. Leave the crews alone.

Double up the Dispatchers load at San Bernardino and have Dispatchers handle 2 or 3 more territories
He’s going to go all over the country and looks at shops to close. Or cut so deep that’s what he does. Hump yards that reopened he’s going to close. Start cutting all the rest of the fat. If there is any.
