CEO joined June 30th on interim basis and within 30 days decided to cut 10% of force AFTER originally saying no layoffs were happening in their first town hall.
Board decided to make CEO permanent after only a 30 day search. Whole leadership team are running this company into the ground.
Mercury culture is gone, no bonus, no raises, no job security, no reason to stay with company
The company is still doing poorly! Another top EVP quit...I've been with the company 3 years and 8 ELT members have come and gone. Another missed quarter in Q1 and rumors are the company will miss on Q2...that's at least 3 straight Quarters of negative performance. Activist investor JANA just bought another 10% in stock....I smell a sale of the company soon.
What an absolute joke is right. The whole culture changed.. lying making empty promising and cutting good people in totally disrespectful way I honestly hope Mercury crashes and burns now

Whoever replied with the “folks let’s not get heated” - you realize your customers send letters saying they’re disappointed in mercurys ability to retain talent and deliver on time? He-l I’ve been on projects where customers ask weekly “where is ___ it should’ve been done months ago”
This company used to be great, now it's a total joke. The only "company vision" that exists is to overwork the employees and sc--w them every way possible.
Folks, let's not get heated about this, our company vision remains unchanged. Let's continue to deliver top products to our customers.
