CS results su-ked and is doing terrible.
Am I crazy to think they more layoff will occur in early 2024?

What business units?
I am hearing sooner than later for engineering groups in the US.
Payment of any severance is not required. They can just as easily change the policy again without communicating and meet you at the door with your last check. Treat yourself like a business and do what’s necessary to increase your bottom line. Stop thinking emotionally and think with your head. It’s every man for himself.
If you feel no job security there, should find a new job now. It is not worth at all to wait and see in a sinking ship. I am sure more layoff in coming months, maybe cs not get over 2024
It’s an ongoing excersise although not communicated. Get used to it.
I certainly hope it's a lot sooner than that. There's no sense in stringing everyone along with this bullsh-t schedule.
Of course maybe their plan is to starve out enough employees to not do much of a layoff so they save on severance
Unfortunately, it will probably happen sooner than 2024.
