Thread regarding CVS layoffs

CVS is dead man walking

Why is it that this company has no idea how to aquire companies for reasonable valuations? Overpaid for aetna, omnicare was a disaster and don't get me started on the latest 2 dumpster fires.

If you have shares dump them and buy something, anything else.

They'll be back at the layoff trough in a few months...numbers are bad and getting worse.

Aetna has lost membership since acquired by CVS. CVS has cut staff, and lost major talent. They do nothing to retain talent. The press release statement is a joke. Investing in Healthcare and Technology is totally not true. Important projects have been cut, spending on Technology has also been cut big time with the elimination of products. It won't be long before CVS buries Aetna.

That's because CVS doesn't think they just buy.
