They purposefully descriminate based on age and national origin and then pay off the victum and call it a package.
Do they do this with other organizations, is this RICO crime?

Op clearly isn’t from Qualcomm. Probably another disgruntled Broadcomm hack trying to bring Qualcomm down to their level.
During the last layoff the VP's lost their secretaries, which is evident in their spelling and reveals their lack of education. LOL
:-) trust me, Q is way better org. The employees benefits and company events are better. Working culture and conditions are employee friendly. It's just because of few individuals you may be thinking that way. My friends who are out from Q wants to comeback.

Yes, in many ways QCOM su-ks right now...but seriously you need to learn the difference between possible discrimination (which I doubt) and RICO.
