Manager and SM are let go and this mf is saying keep calm and focus on work. How the tf anyone suppose to work under these circumstances? I don’t even know if I am keeping my job. Stupid S-B

True, our PO’s only job is to accept stories LMFAO.
Show some empathy and humility for those who are let go rather than giving advice to focus on work which clearly doesn’t give a fu-k about you. And what is the job of PO anyway? Worst at their jobs, I don’t understand why positions like PO exists in the first place, there’s a team lead, PO, PM and SM 🤷🏻♂️

It's sad to see people you closely work with for years let go. As PO myself, it was difficult to see my colleagues, SM with whom I was probably more close than rest off the team not there to bank on. We are as much devastated as others since we consider us a part of the team as much you are. We still want to plan and move ahead since we think that might help us to move on. Trust me, just because we don't show our emotions, we don't deserve name calling.
They are giving you your option.
Our project is dependent on multiple teams, with our assigned resources being let go. And manager is now asking us to go back to these teams to ask them who they will assign next :(. Crazy.
