The place I work at is gearing up for a big turnaround. This turnaround is shaping up to be a major disaster. I think it will run long and be way over budget.
People are worried about what’s going to happen to their jobs after the turnaround so they’re probably going to be distracted and maybe take risks they normally wouldn’t.
I just hope nobody is hurt during this time!

I think I know where this is. The Plant Manager and the Operations Manager have a whole lot riding on it being not only successful but very successful. It's been a rough year for those 2 lads.
Unfortunately, a giant safety failure or mega disaster is the only thing that would ever get the attention of our leaders now as to how drastically they have destroyed the cultural and intellectual prowess of our once great company. Sadly, it’ll probably happen too.
Wherever this it is, I do hope nobody is hurt during this time. As far as running long, I hope so. The longer the better.
