Any word for meritan health employees?

Why do you think they are offshoring all departments? Including Medicaid? Why pay anybody anything if it collapses. They are getting out of insurance, pharmacies they want to have a national Urgent Care Service.
Actually if medicaid contracts are not continue which is the bread and butter everything collapse. There are about 300,000 employees Aetna/CVS Meritan can't pay that bill.
Meritain actually makes money for CVS and operates very efficiently.
May be divested like International, bswift, and Payflex
