For the second time in as many weeks, a large U.S. company has delivered unwelcome news to production workers in Southeast Missouri. Wauwatosa, Wisconsin-based Briggs & Stratton will layoff 202 plant employees in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, beginning Saturday, Oct. 14.
