2% of 7,000+ is 140+

Better odds than the recent years of ~7-20% rif’d (from the org I am in) in recent years.

Rumor say
No massive layoff … only 2% mainly in India, France and San Diego

ELT will try to keep it quiet as to not show their obvious plan and pattern. They don't think they need any knowledgeable productive workers. All work are fake work to maintain morale and justify their existence. They just need customers not more development.

People on this board cannot say everything but they reveal what they know. Where there is smoke, there's fire.

Much more difficult to know what's going on when working remote but I hear the same. They are preparing next layoff.

ELT making list now for upcoming layoff.

Ask your immediate mgr a direct question if they are giving names to ELT and watch their body language as they squirm to lie. Of course if you ask your ELT, they have no problem telling you lies as it is their nature.

Wait for a regular layoff season in October-November. They never miss it.

Not that I know of. It's a lot of small ones, though.
