My manager is giving away all my assigned work to other colleagues in my team . Is he thinking of laying me off?

Your manager cannot say whether you will be cut. But if your work is being taken from you and given to others, it’s a good sign you have been identified as someone who can be let go. You can schedule a 1:1 meeting with your manager and ask what is going on.
Find work elsewhere. It's a free market. Your boss has given you the green light. Tighten that belt in the meantime, and spread that resume far and wide.
