Anyone hearing anything about layoffs? I hear that hiring is frozen and travel restrictions are back. Industry is forecasting a downturn. Hope they don’t layoff right before the holiday season again.

Between the EPA violation and this years coming DEI law suites… I would say hard times are ahead for dear communist red Cummins.
I have heard they received over 4000 plus VSP snd VRP globally. Which I think is about 10% reduction. Anyone hear anything more?

Along with the earnings they announced voluntary separation offers and voluntary early retirement offers coming very soon for salaried EBU and CBU employees.

They will lay off 4th quarter then immediately start hiring cheap replacement H1B visa Hadjis 2nd Quarter next year.
Just leave and live a stress free life. Cummins is terrible to work for. So many better places to work at.

Haven't heard nothing, but you know they love to lay off around Christmas to make the year's numbers look better.
