Thread regarding Mercury Computer Systems Inc. layoffs

On the 9th, myself as well as many other great employees were cut. Many including myself providing key functions for the company. Not sure how the remaining few will survive this. Honestly curious about the selection process on who was cut and who wasn't. But you could see the writing on the wall for a long time. The company has been hemorrhaging money has been spending loads of money for large tool suites even having to pause deployment because they could not afford the bills. Behind on paying vendors often in the last year or so. Poor direction and mismanagement from above. It really is sad considering how strong the company was looking only a few years back. I wish my colleagues well. Will see what happens
