I know cuts are done for now but my honest advice is not to stop looking for a new job. Cuts will return at some point. It's never going to get better. I don't think any of us have a bright future at Optum and it's time we all start realizing it and acting like it. That's all I wanted to say.

They’ve been laying off monthly since 2018 at least. It’s not over hiring or increased interest rates or business changes or anything like that. It’s what they do. You are more motivated to do a good job if your job is not secure. No one is THAT bad at forecasting FTEs.
