Usually TA is the first to get laid off. In this case, not many were impacted. My director indicated a new flow of roles coming soon.

TA is one of the first in line but I guess Colleague Zone is keeping all of HR and TA safe. But if we are letting go of people who were actually working on critical items and with hiring freeze in sight, what will TA do? Is building pipeline still a thing?
