Anyone on H1B visa got laid off?

And what is the notice period given to you with last employment date?

I know this is an unpopular comment, but the H1B folks are the whole reason we are in this situation. CVS got amazing benefits from these people. CVS took advantage of these folks by paying them a bottom dollar wage and working them to death. H1B was never meant to be for non-Architecture and engineering jobs that are had to fill. The H1B employees have been loaded up in every possible position throughout CVS for one reason and one reason only. To boost bonus amounts of our VP's and our fearless liberal hack of a CEO who prioritizes pronouns and unisex bathrooms over real Americans.

They should be the 1st to get laid off.

Ofcourse H1Bs are impacted. They didn’t care about your immigration status when deciding whom to kick out.

Ideally all of them get eliminated. But we know a good corporate exec would never let that happen.

I know of few SM's and PO's who got laid off. There are on H1Bs. But they might be negotiating to run the payroll for next couple of weeks atleast.
