Curious, was I the only one that thought that was most embarrassing worthless training they have ever been thru - thumbs up for yes, down for no.
To mandate everyone (cost?) attend these training sessions where you have to profess to a group of strangers things they have no business knowing, has zero bearing on your job and that certainly they couldn't have asked you during the hiring process is shameful. All respect and commitment to CVS ended that day.
