Any suggestions to hold or sell my 2500 QCOM stocks.

Please help fellow Qualcomm employee. I sincerely appreciate your genuine opinion.

If you look at QCOM stock, outside of bubbles (Dot.com and 5G), it moves in a $20-$30 range. So for now you can expect a $105-$135 range, you can bet once through the current inventory correction it will bounce back some (~$130). So depending on what you are priced at plan accordingly. The real problem - the company hasnt executed properly in higher growth segments (Data center, cloud, AI, auto is 5 years out before meaningful), IoT makes peanuts, no supply shortage so no increased ASP adder, 5G premium upgrade cycle over - you can already see the company tiering down 5G solutions (less $). The idea that it will reach a meaningful higher market cap is a questionable dream given current and to a certain extent prior management team left the cupboard bare. The reality is investment community has lost faith in current team so barring changes expect under performance. Just my 2 cents.

Donald Coxe (investment advisor) had a saying that best investment opportunities are in sectors where the people who know them best love them least. Not sure if applicable.

AMD, they will start AI chips production next quarter. Their market cap is pretty low compared to Nvidia, great upside potential!

I would wait for a small rebound in the coming days and sell half, wait for the layoffs announcement (usually stocks go up) and sell the rest. The mid-long term prospect doesn't look good. Also, there are much more attractive stocks out there.

I sold a bunch before earnings.
You should sell half at least .

For long term investment, Qi’s return is not good compared with other hot semiconductor stocks. So I would suggest to sell and buy apple, amd,Nvidia or avgo.

I would suggest not to hold too long, if you see from long term return, Qi’s stock is bad. I would suggest to use that money to buy something with more return.

short term its going below 100. Future recovery is dependent on china/handset volume so don't bet on it

You must hold it. The management will have to take it around $180 in a short term. They don't have any choice.
