Openly working against team members to get them assigned to projects. Hours drop, so they call it a “separation”. Lost 401k and zero severance. This place is body shop, no matter how they like to spin the message. Friggin clown show now with DEI leadership hiring taking precedent over skills.

$59 today. Down from 97. Keep believing in your leadership at your own demise.
They must have predicted this stock drop. Lots of BU’s making cuts. There are only so many multi-million dollar deals on the table. I feel like sales slowed the day preference was placed on the biggest clients.
I always found it interesting that the sales folks and leaders who poorly scope these projects continue to keep their jobs while the production staff deals with the mess and get let go when things fall apart. I’m so ready to quit.
I left there a year ago, gave 2 weeks notice and they cut me that day. Put me in a role I was not qualified for and then came down on me very hard when I failed. No training. No support. I’ll never refer anyone to work there or contract with Perficient.
Agreed. If you’re not billable, you’re gone and they’ll find a way to blame you for the lack of hours. Not sales, or poorly scoped projects, it’s you. The excuse that they can’t afford bench time, but made close to a billion last year, is total BS.
Their reputation is starting to slip everywhere. Buyer beware if you choose to “partner” with Perficient.
