after 10 years of low pathetic pay rises and successive managers saying employees are well paid, the worker bees of Bangor, UK will be going on strike in August. Management have been ignorant and tone deaf to the plight of just how badly paid employees are who work with dangerous machinery and chemicals yet are paid the same as the local car park shopping trolley collector at the supermarket just down the road.

Outgoing division in trouble ?
Heard there's many unhappiness with the Hilden plant layoffs. Many are throwing the outgoing division off the Bus.

No one was being led astray in Bangor, all most everyone (92%) was standing up for what they believe was right and getting it ✊
