If any company ever asked me to straight up lie (about anything), I'd tell them to get lost. You're a loser and I urge you to keep an eye out for the karma that will one day come back to you.
More layoffs coming. I am management and they recently bought my company in Redlands, California and they are firing physicians but slowly. They tried to unionize but I had to lie to my physician colleagues that soon things are going to change so they stopped the unionization process. I feel bad but need to be an obedient to my masters.
Is the worst of it over? It feels like 8/10 was larger than the two weeks before?
This is crazy with the profits they are pulling in! I heard that there was a huge quality directors meeting with approx 400 people and thru announced “cuts were done for right now” - not sure if I believe that! At this rate they are going to have to offer more EAP for employees now that 98% now have permanent anxiety from working here
I’m middle management and my senior leader put a lengthy meeting on my calendar for this coming Tuesday.. no one in our umbrella has been hit yet. I’m guessing we are either about to be hit or moved around
I’m glad to see the media is picking this up. The most disgusting thing was UHG/ Optum trying to fly under the radar with this.
