Leendert is a theoretical professor that can talk and impress high level management. His approaches are not practical and soon will make us all go into drain. He is ruining the culture and pretends that he knows everything.

It is not hate. It is about lack of management skills and far from practical approach.
I find it interesting that this website allows naming names, Leendert, because he's non-Asian. If you posted Asian VP or SVP names, it would get deleted by the webmaster faster than you can say mongolian chiucken.

MSFT VP doesn't mean he can show growth for QC. His achievements in MSFT is what matters
