Cgi - Cigna Account is exploiting engineers on H1 B Visa. People are working for over decades but still paid below market in the Raleigh area. Of course some people those who are close to the top leaders are being taken care even if their skill level is not at par .But others are simply working their a-s off hoping for a better future. It is not easy to switch jobs on H1B so people are staying there. Legally they may be covered but they are morally and ethically wrong. Don’t expect them to pay severance if they let these people go. The so called Profit Participation Program is a big lie! Most of the Cigna account is on good profit. But they bring in lack of profit from other accounts and say we cannot pay PPP. And when they decide to pay it once in few years, it is just peanuts.

Individuals exert considerable effort without reaping commensurate rewards, often at the expense of their work-life balance. Only a select few have access to favorable projects and opportunities, while others are relegated to legacy tasks. During account meetings, the Vice President consistently expresses dissatisfaction with the perceived lack of innovation. It appears that this tactic is employed to undermine individuals' confidence and encourage adherence to subpar standards.
This account is managed by a small group led by one of the Vice Presidents. There have been noticeable instances of favoritism, where individuals who genuinely contribute their efforts are overlooked. If one is proficient in speaking Telugu, they may have a better standing, while others may find it necessary to adopt a more sycophantic approach.
