Do we know they pick Thursday for layoffs. I have a 1:1 scheduled for Monday. Do I need to worry

Agree with end of a pay period. It’s also close to the weekend. Just got a lengthy 1x1 put on my calendar for Tuesday. Cool
Do they ever fire people on Mondays? And call it a 1:1?

In our market we have an big software upgrade so they may not want disgruntles staff working on this??
