Why are you guys still working hard? Are they working hard to keep you? Commscope will fall with their $9 billion in debt it’s just a matter of time…plus what’s the upside if they don’t fall ? No 401k match our insurance is trash so basically no benefits at all.. you will definitely not get another pay raise like why even bother to work hard for their bonuses ?

Replying to rumors of the package:
I would not doubt that one bit. The bad part is that they could probably avoid a layoff altogether if they offered the package, especially if they did it without restrictions.
There are a lot of ppl that would take it right now.
Not to worry, those that sit on their butts in an office and produce zero dollars for the company will be well taken care of
If they don't do something soon I'm gone. I'm sure they don't care, but they're primarily losing experienced ppl. If they cared one bit about scrap costs they'd do something before they lose more.
The other week one very good operator (17 years) and one very good helper (40 years) quit. We aren't losing the bottom employees. We're losing very good ones.
Once I burn the rest of my days I'm not sticking around to see what happens
Nothing would surprise me with the depths they've sunk to this year. When is this restructuring
For the ones waiting for a package…
Rumor says…. HR is going to forgo the packages as next move. Restructuring is coming and is a necessary decision to allow restructuring without having to fork out millions.
They do not care you work hard or not. List and remember what I said, at last day, they would say "Thank you for your hard work, here's your package. You can leave now!"
Working hard for your own satisfaction or to help out colleagues is fine. Working hard because you think you will be rewarded or CS will share their success with you, not such a good idea.
Agree with the last poster. I work in HN and we are busting our a-s everyday working 10 hour plus days to ensure our division's success. We are a close knit team, going back to the many years working together at Arris. Considering that we bring $1.4B to the bottom line every year, there is no way they are going to just shut down HN. Either we will be sold (most likely) or the spinoff will happen at some point. I have total confidence in the team I am surrounded with.
CommScope could fall, but not because of me. Despite the company's debt challenges, I continue to deliver strong results and positively impact my areas of responsibility. I will always work hard because it's simply the way I am.
What bonuses?😁 no bonuses next year!
