Mark epitomizes the cultural misdirection of the company. Until we address this root cause, we won’t be taken seriously. Like ESG, for example. Our emissions are increasing but we say they are “net” decreasing because we pay for credits backing bad projects which are nothing more than virtue signaling. Let’s actually cut our missions and Mark Crawford. Oh , it’s nothing personal, just business.

What’s your big problem with Mark Crawford - so many posts on here complaining about the same thing - is this really the biggest problem with the company right now?!? Sounds like it’s personal …..

I plan on doing mine and complaining about Mark Crawford. Mark is a hero of sorts, but as our DE&I Champion I think he can do more. MC lives in a rich white suburb making over $1,000,000 per year while the communities of color suffer. MC makes over 30x the average wage of Native Americans and drives a car worth more than the average price of a home in predominantly African American neighborhoods. As my hero, MC would be even better if he supported local black businesses including estate agents 😉. You be you MC and enjoy the ride. You may be the next cover of Diversity Magazine.

I do it honestly - I think its pretty safe. I did it this year - worse pulse survey I ever done un 8 years in bp. G&LCE is completely mismanaged.

I started, but how anonymous is it really? Pretty sure any manager with a small team can figure out who wrote what. Don’t plan to complete it.
