I'm just guessing, don't take my word for it, but after the reported loss, I would say that the question is not if there will be layoffs, but when... Thoughts?

It is a natural cycle. The company has seen its growth times. It is in the decline phase. With less sales it will have to become a smaller company. It cannot have these many employees if there is no money to pay them.
