Better yet, let’s have salary transparency. My team has 27 and 28 grades. 27 grades get 1000-4600$. The 28 grades last RRP bonus award was between 5000-6500$. What are other people getting in bonuses?
They removed the bravo point awards but you can still send bravos to acknowledge someone. I did notice the RRP bonuses my team got this March was bigger than last years. Grade 27- bonuses ranged from 1200$ for a 3 to $5600 for a 4.
They got rid of the points and cash bravos to give “raises” and “better bonuses.”

Points Bravos were done away with over a year ago...you can only send Diamond recognitions now.

I think the Bravo points need to be approved by a manager/supervisor before they are awarded to the employee…It’s been so long since I’ve been there, I can’t recall the process.
