Go for walks/excercise, delve into hobbies, work on updating your resume, share concerns with peers and talk it out, you are not alone, get your LinkedIn updated and start checking job sites.
Working on being prepared for it if it happens to you, that helps reduces stress. I just plan on it happening and if not it’s gravy. There is no avoiding such things in a career. Normal to expect it and do NOT take it personally or let it get you down.
