Stop already. These threads add to the angst. Getting an email or not has no correlation to whether you are in scope. There is no correlation if you haven’t been told you’re safe. The email Roshan sent is similar to what other leaders have sent. The 5k is across the enterprise and does not include any customer facing roles. Typically these reductions focus on redundant or bloated functions, discontinued programs, easy to outsource opportunities and getting rid of low performers. The waiting su-ks but please stop with silly bs.

I work on the HCB team that all report up to Nathan Frank. Received Roshan's email at 12:45pm EST today.
I think its related to certain sub orgs under DDAT since Digital and Analytics didnt receive any communication.

Does the email mention any number? Aren’t there about 20K in DDAT? Including contractors, though
I think emails will be sent in batches to avoid hit in exchange servers... you should receive it eventually.

yes he gave more clarity that DDAT is also going to take the hit.. nothing more .. I think we already knew when Karen said she is expecting a 600Mil saving on 5K jobs .. its going to involve some high paying jobs like VP,SVP, Directors too .. along with some small fishes

Yep, got it. Key info is that DDAT will have layoffs... bad news is it will be "over the next several weeks". So we get probably 2-3 more months of this anxiety.
